How long do I have to return or exchange a product?

Let us know within 14 days of receiving it.

However, if it is a final sale item, we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange.

What's your return & exchange policy?

For a refund or exchange on eligible items, just make sure to send the items back to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unused.

If an item is returned damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition for reselling, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

We cannot provide a refund on costs associated with shipping.

To help expedite this process, we will ask you to snap a photo of the product along with your return/exchange request.

Return Labels

We're unable to offer free return labels. Please ensure your courier of choice provides tracking in case your package needs to be located.

How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange?

Once we receive your return package, we will begin the return or exchange process. You will receive your refund or we will ship out your replacement item within 2 business days.
